Reprogramming and Transfer Guide

Because GatewayPros does not offer merchant accounts, all of our merchants own and control their Authorize.Net gateways and may switch to any processor they choose and keep their existing gateway. 

To complete, give us a call or shoot us an email and we will reprogram your existing gateway with your new merchant account at no charge.

If you setup your Authorize.Net account through a different Reseller and are actively using any of Authorize.Net’s Value Added Services such as eCheck, Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) or Customer Information Manager (CIM), you may be eligible  to TRANSFER YOUR EXISTING GATEWAY to GatewayPros as your Reseller. 

If transferable, we can reprogram your existing Gateway with your new merchant account, and you won’t lose any cardholder data in your eCheck, ARB and/or CIM. You keep the same login, password, integration and data.

HOW: We will need to know the Payment Gateway ID (PGID) and the Business Name maintains in the gateway in order to confirm if your existing Gateway is transferable. If transferrable, we will prepare a Transfer Request letter for you and send for signature.
